My Paths Are Rivers
Our Heavenly Father’s paths are rivers. This spring, let us practice trust in him, because He made us. He loves us. He knows us. He knows the plans that he has sovereignly prepared for each of us. He has set us free through Jesus Messiah and has adopted us into his family to eat at his table, wear robes of righteousness, and fill the whole world with his glory as we sing new songs and release fresh wine from new wineskins.
His paths are rivers. Let us flow with him and journey step by step with the Holy Spirit. Let us come to his waters and rest in his peace. All we need to do is believe and listen. Let us praise him with all we are and all we have. Let us invite our Wonderful Counselor to reveal our Father’s heart for each of our lives in this fresh season of awakening.
Blessings for you and your family +>
River > Then the angel showed me the Life Water River, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of Yahweh and of the Lamb down the middle of the great street of Zion city. On each side of the river stood the Tree of Life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. (Revelation 22:1-2)
Thank you, Father, that we will one day rest beside the eternal River of Life flowing from the Lamb’s throne and all the nations will receive healing from the fruits of your heavenly kingdom. Thank you for your perfect, sovereign provision for our lives.
Righteous One > My little children, I am writing you these things so that you may not sin. But if any of you does sin, we have an Advocate with the Father: Jesus Christ the Righteous One. He himself is the propitiation (removal of divine wrath) for our sins, and not only for ours, but also for those of the whole world. (1 John 2:1-2)
Father, thank you for sending Jesus, our Righteous One, to rescue us from our rebellion. We call forth a fresh anointing of faith to spring up among us as we remember and celebrate the freedom and righteousness we share in Christ.
Awakening > But everything exposed by the light becomes visible – and everything that is illuminated becomes a light. This is why it is said: “Awaken, you sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.” (Ephesians 5:13-14)
Father, thank you for awakening the lost in our generation among all peoples scattered across the earth to the beauty, majesty, and glory of your holy name.
